When viewing reels, users will notice a profile picture of the friend who liked the reel, accompanied by a heart icon, displayed at the bottom of the screen.
However, this feature only applies to friends who have a mutual following relationship with the user. In other words, the liked video will only be visible to friends who the user follows and who also follow the user back. This feature does not apply to public figures or accounts with public visibility.
The new feature is designed to enhance the user experience and provide more insight into which content is resonating with their friends.
