A recent Senate committee meeting revealed alarming details about the widespread sale of toxic and adulterated food items across the country. The committee’s investigation exposed disturbing practices, including the mixing of hazardous chemicals in milk to increase its shelf life. These toxic substances can cause severe health issues such as gastrointestinal problems, organ damage, and even cancer with prolonged exposure. Despite periodic crackdowns, such practices continue to flourish due to weak regulatory enforcement.

Another shocking revelation from the Senate meeting was the increasing prevalence of plastic rice in the market.
